Killing Me Softly is a mystery/thriller about a young woman, Alice (Heather Graham), who finds her happy relationship with her boyfriend and comfortable job unsatisfying every time she meets a handsome stranger, Adam (Joseph Fiennes). Becoming obsessed with Adam and his strange ways, she leaves her boyfriend. However, soon afterwards she learns that a serial killer is on the loose and begins to suspect Adam. She spends the remainder of the movie trying to uncover Adam's mysterious past and resist her sexual attraction towards him. Hilarity ensues.
Trivia: Holy cow, this movie was so mundane, there isn't even any trivia listed on IMDb for it. So how about Heather Graham trivia? Was voted "Most Talented" by her Agoura High School class. Worked at Toys R 'Us when she was a teenager. Was forced to turn down the lead role in Heathers (1989), because her parents thought the language was too risque. Her father is an FBI agent. Her mother is a schoolteacher/author. "Up Where We Belong" was from it.
Ugggh for an erotic mystery thriller, it wasn't very mysterious or very thrilling, it did have Heather Graham in various stages of undress several times, but that was balanced out by having Joeseph Fiennes in various stages of undress. It was pretty cookie cutter in approach. Young woman meets mysterious stranger that won't tell her much about his past, but she falls in love anyway, then finds a disturbing piece of information about him. I spotted the real killer as soon as I saw the character, which was about fifteen minutes in. Alice also didn't seem to be in very imminent danger at any time, Joeseph Fiennes gave her many serious foreboding looks and tied her to the table once, but even tied, she could sit up, if she had struggled just a little she could have gotten away, especially when Fiennes went upstairs. Thoroughly forgettable.

Hey, you should watch some of the worst rated movies on IMDb...that would be fun.
And what is it that made you choose this movie in the first place?
Research on "K" movies, it looked interesting, it wasn't
I don't know, Mick, then I would have to watch Glitter *shudder*
