Wow, it looks like this week was all for the ladies. Besides my Dad (I tried the questions out on him), all the people who sent in answers were Lovely Ladies. But even better, they were international with one from Sweden and one from Germany. BubbyChubs from Germany got all the answers right and is crowned the winner, Nunis from Sweden struggled with pre 90's American TV but did okay, Buckykatt put in a good showing and my Aunt did well. The Answers will be formated like this (show (year), character, actor)
1. Hello, I am the father of three boys, Robbie, Chip, and Ernie. I am a widower. For a while the boy's grandfather lived with us and then his brother came and helped take care of the house. I am an aeronautical engineer.
(My Three Suns (1960), Steve Douglas, Fred McMurray)
2. Hi, I am the widowed father of a young son. I am a very important man in my small town and everyone knows me. My aunt lives with me and helps me raise my son like she raised me.
(The Andy Griffith Show (1960), Andy Taylor, Andy Griffith)
3. Geez, I am nothing like those first two guys. I am the father of a daughter and I am still married to a wonderful woman, even if she is a dingbat. I have been known to be very opinionated and I am not very fond of my daughter's choice of a husband.
(All In The Family (1971), Archie Bunker, Carroll O'Connor)
4. Whoo Hoo! It's my turn. I am the father of two, no, three little brats, um, I mean kids. The boy does get on my nerves some times but my daughter is already smarter then me. When I get down, my friends can always cheer me up with a beer...mmm...beer.
(The Simpsons (1989), Homer Simpson, Dan Castellaneta {Voice}) All the older people missed this, all the younger ones got it.
5. Welcome! I am the father of two little monsters. We are so proud. I am passionately in love with my wife, especially when she speaks French! We like long walks in the moonlight through the cemetery. We live with my mother and brother in a large mansion.
(The Addams Family (1964), Gomez Addams, John Astin)
6. I am the father of three children, two boys and a girl (although my oldest son just kind of disappears. Later on one of my son's friends moves in above the garage and he essentially becomes part of the family. I own a hardware store.
(Happy Days (1974), Howard Cunningham, Tom Bosley)
7. I am different then most of the fathers on this list because both of my boys are grown men, and unfortunately they are snobs. I don't know where they get that from. I was injured on the job and because of this an English physical therapist lives with us.
(Frasier (1993), Martin Crane, John Mahoney)
8. I should be pretty easy to identify. I am a widower with three sons. Once I meet a woman who had three daughters and we knew that this bunch should get together.
(The Brady Bunch (1969), Mike Brady, Robert Reed)
9. I am just a simple man. I live with my animal loving daughter, my cantankerous mother-in-law, and my cousin's son. We have a large place with a cement pond out back.
(The Beverly Hillbillies (1962), Jed Clampett, Buddy Ebsen)
10. My situation is radically different then the rest. My TV son is my real son and my TV wife is my real wife. We wrote her pregnancy into the story line and the episode in which she gave birth was seen by 68% of American Televisions and was seen by more people then any other Television show up to that time.
(I Love Lucy (1951), Ricky Ricardo, Dezi Arnaz)
Again, thanks to all the fathers out there and Way To Go Bubby!

It was a fun quiz, but much too hard for me. I know my movies pretty well, but ask me about American TV made before 1990 and I'm screwed.
