In the episode "Tomorrow Is Yesterday" from the first season of Star Trek, the Enterprise travels back in time to the late 1960's. Captain Kirk and crew hear a radio report stating that the first manned moon shot will happen on that Wednesday. Apollo 11 launched on Wednesday, July 16th, 1969 at 9:32 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
Did I mention the episode first aired on January 26th, 1967? That's 18 months before Apollo 11 landed on the Moon.

Cool beans.
How far in advance does NASA schedule their major launches?
I'm not sure but I don't think it was more then six month with a firm date...but I could be wrong. Star Trek still Rules!!!
