We are just sitting and waiting for Rita. We have prepared as much as we can. The stuff is off the porch and in the garage, the hummingbird feeders are still out but not for long. I see a butterfly fluttering by.
The Astros just scored to come within one run of the Cubbies, 5-4. Go 'Stros!!
Quilting Update: Mom is preparing 220 leaves, 8 birds, 32 flowers and 368 inches of vines that she will be able to hand quilt when the power goes.

Bedtime for the Italian side of the family. I'll be up early to see how everyone is fairing.
Go Mom Go on those quilts. Go 'Stros and Go butterflies...fly away so you don't spend your one day of life fliping through 100 mph winds.
