Some words of advise.
I am still trying to figure out a way that we can blam this loss on Bud "Forget What They Did All During The Playoffs, Keep The Roof Open" Selig. Why is he messing with OUR stadium? We have consistantly kept the roof closed this year in big games, it's our home field advantage, we can rock the place with that roof closed.
"I think it's a joke," catcher Brad Ausmus said. "Nobody tells teams how long they need to grow their grass. They don't mandate what uniform a team has to wear during the course of a game. They way overstepped their bounds."
"The irony in the roof debate is that the commissioner believes leaving it closed is cheating. The Black Sox scandal forced Major League Baseball to elect a commissioner to eliminate cheating. Cheating has been a hot button ever since." - Larry Dierker
"If Major League Baseball wants control over the World Series, play it in a neutral site," Ausmus said.

Well, there's no shame in losing the World Series. It's sad it had to end on a sour note like it did, and getting no favors from MLB.
I wish they would have closed the roof in the middle of the game as a big screw you to the commissioner.
But it was a great season regardless of how it ended. The fact that it ended in the World Series proves it.
