Oh, and Eric gave me the answer to the two sides against each other in the West Side Story.
Whoo Hoo! I figured that this would be an easy one for somebody. And way to go Eric!
For the record Richard Beymer (Tony) starred opposite Natalie Wood (Maria). West Side Story won 10 Oscars including Rita Moreno (Anita) as Best Supporting Actress, George Chakiris (Bernardo) as Best Supporting Actor, oh and did I mention Best Picture?
They ask Elvis but Parker would not let him do it. Said it would take too much time and he could shoot more beach bunny movies.
