It's the Pizza Planet truck from Pixar (it appears in almost every movie...not sure about The Incredibles).

Pixar adds the Pizza Planet truck to each of their movies. (It is supposed to be in The Incredibles, but I haven't found it yet) The Pizza Planet Truck is a "Gyoza" (a Janpanese style Chinese Dumpling) so they would not interfer with the Toyota copyright.
A. Toy Story 2: Just outside the bad guy's apartment building. The toys use it to get to the airport.
B. A Bug's Life: P.T. Flea's circus tent is about a hundred yards from the trailer.
C. Finding Nemo: When the aquarium fish explain their excape plan to Nemo, they roll across the street in plastic bags, the Pizza Planet truck rolls by right before they get to the road.
D. Toy Story: The truck stops at the Dinoco gas station that Buzz and Woody are at. Buzz and Woody catch a ride to Pizza Planet.
E. Monster's Inc.: Randall, the bad guy, is banished to the trailer from A Bug's Life.
F. Toy Story: (I said be careful) The truck is parked in front of Pizza Planet carrying Buzz and Woody.
