For the first time in a long time, I don't have a movie project going. No Top 250 Challenge, no Bond Revisited, no Alphabet Project, I have seen all the Best Picture Oscar Winners and all but 1 of the MTV Movie Awards best pictures. So what is next? Well, I thought I would let you, my reader decide. I will give you some suggestions. Let me know which ones you like or, and this is an important or, suggest something else. I love movies, as you can tell, so just about anything goes. So, now to my suggestions:
1. The IMDb bottom 100 (*shudder*, but sometimes you have to see the worst to appreciate the best).
2. Pick a director/actor and view all their movies. (i.e. The Speilberg Project, The Portman Project)
3. Finish off and review all the movies in the American Film Institute's 100 years 100 movies series.
4. All the movies nominated for Best Picture that I have not seen (there are 455 of them total, but I don't know how many I have not seen)
5. Go back and review the IMDb Top 250 that I have not reviewed previously in this blog (when I started the blog I had already seen about 100 of them).
6. Watch movie trilogies and review them in context with each other. (Back To The Future 1, 2, 3, Spiderman 1, 2, 3[coming out in a month], The Lord Of The Rings, Indiana Jones, Rambo, stuff like that)
7. The 78 most influential movies ever made. (yes, there is a list of them)
8. 1001 movies you must see before you die.
9. Disney's Animated Feature Films
10. Oprah Magazine's 50 greatest chick flicks of all time
Okay, your turn

I like the directors one, spielberg would be fun.
I think the 78 most influential films sounds interesting, there have got to be a lot of controversial films in it, as well as films that just have to be in.
Contriversial - Friday 13th - spawned a generation of teen flicks.
Must haves - Star Wars - just would not have been the same without that galaxy far far away!
Please - nothing to do with Oprah. Please.
How about Harpo? That's Oprah spelled backwards. You could see all the Marx Brothers films.
Will, I just don't see you watching 50 chick flicks. I like the Disney idea and the director idea.
I wouldn't suggest the AFI list...I just have an irrational dislike for the AFI...
Just had a brainwave. How about Sundance film festival winners? (or possibly a different festival, Sundance just sprung to mind.) It'd be an interesting selection...
Oooooh, I'm on a roll today. What about Entertainment Weekly's 50 top cult movies list? Like the Sundance winners, it'll be a very interesting bunch, and what makes a film truly cult is always an interesting thing to consider.
