It doesn't get any better then this. Right now I am partaking of some fresh Apple Cake. Rita Watch is still on. They don't expect us to really feel any winds up here until 9 p.m., some six hours away.
The Crazy Quilters are furiously quilting as much as they can on their machines before the power goes out and Mom has lined up a hand quilting project that she can complete by candle light if necessary. I think they need to create a Hurricane Quilt.
