Sunday Night Trivia: Oscar Longevity

Name the Actor and Actress with the largest span between their first acting nomination and their last nomination. Also name the movies that those four nominations were for and how big the gaps were. What do their streaks have in common?

For example (Answers I am looking for in bold): Clark Gable was nominated for three Oscars, the first in 1934 for It Happened One Night and the last in 1939 for Gone With The Wind, the gap would be 5 years between first and last nomination. I am looking for the longest gap for both actor and actress.

Katharine Hepburn was first nominated and won Best Actress for Morning Glory (1932/33) and then 48 years later was nominated and won Best Actress for On Golden Pond (1981) 48 year gap

Henry Fonda was first nominated in 1940 as Best Actor for The Grapes Of Wrath (1940), and didn't win an acting award (Best Actor) until 41 years later for On Golden Pond (1981) 41 year gap

just an inspired guess.
